Dear Friend of the Chesapeake Chapter of CMSA,
Our chapter is a non-profit organization affiliated with the National Chapter of CMSA. We have served the Baltimore Metropolitan region for more fifteen years and have more than two hundred and sixty members.
The Chesapeake Chapter's goals include providing quality educational programs and networking opportunities. This is done through meetings held six times per year from September to June. The average attendance is fifty case managers. Our annual all day conference draws more than one hundred and seventy- five case managers from all areas of practice. These meetings provide an excellent opportunity for sponsors to network with case managers.
Partnerships are critical to the success of these programs. We would like to invite you to be a Corporate Partner of CMSA -Chesapeake.
¨ Cost - $500. If postmarked by March 15th or a verbal commitment by that date it will be $450. The decreased rate is a thank you for continued support.
¨ Length of sponsorship- 1 year ( 1-01-09-to-12-31-09)
¨ Membership list is provided on an annual basis (usual cost to purchase is $250)
¨ Sponsors may send to two employees to each meeting at no charge
¨ Sponsors may provide brochures or updates on their services at the program meetings
¨ Sponsors are acknowledged in the electronic newsletter sent out two times per year
¨ Sponsors are listed on the chapter website www.cmsachesapeake.org
¨ Sponsors receive a discount and prime location for being a vendor at the annual all day conference (October 13,2009 )
¨ Sponsors have priority in sponsoring meetings, speakers, etc.
¨ Recognition at a thank you to the case managers and vendors night. This will be a social night that will focus on networking. Corporate sponsors will have the opportunity to set up displays or bring materials. Date to be determined.
